There are a range of exciting leadership opportunities students can apply for at Read Academy.
We believe there are lots of students who have the potential to be great leaders. As a result, we believe that students should be given a wide range of opportunities to develop and practise leadership skills in preparation for life beyond school. Student Leaders are the school’s role models. They will be expected to be a student who works hard to reach our school's expectation of high levels of professionalism and conduct. All Student Leaders are rewarded with a Student Leader badge which they must wear with pride around school. The specific student leadership roles are:
