At Read Academy, we deem reading to be very important as it opens up the world of learning to children and is a critical ingredient.
Reading is the key that unlocks all the other subjects and we want our pupils to develop great reading skills to support their learning. We also want to encourage a love of reading and allow the pupils to find their ‘thing’ in reading and to be able to enjoy reading.
